Serena Williams was named the 2015 Associated Press Female Athlete of
the Year for the fourth time on Friday, December 25. A vote by U.S.
editors and news directors saw the Tennis star collect 50 first-place
votes and 352 points.
Williams took to Instagram to thank her fans writing:
"Female athlete of the year from AP. Thank you. It's been an incredible
year. I look forward to making more memorable memories next year. I love
you all."
