Wayne Rooney suffers bloody injury on his 30th birthday (photos)

Yesterday Was Wayne Rooney's birthday (30) but opponents don't care. He cut his scalp in a clash of heads with Manchester City's captain, Vincent Kompany. Referee Mark Clattenburg ordered him off the pitch withblood gushing from the cut down the side of his head and on to his neck.
