The tattoo-covered convicted sex offender Mathew Stager, whose mugshot went viral has been captured by U.S. Marshals.
He was released from a Federal Correctional Complex in Petersburg, Virginia on February 2nd and was supposed to self report to a transitional centre in Texas same day, but never showed up.
He was spotted walking down a street near D.C. Superior Court by two Metropolitan police officer and taken into custody without incident.
