A bride-to-be who has been wheelchair bound for more than two years has taken her first steps as she battles to be able to walk down the aisle at her wedding.
Thea Downey, 27, from London, suffers from Ehlers-Danlos syndrome type 3 - a condition that influences her joints and versatility.
After being told she may never walk again, she was fitted with a specially designed leg support on November 9.
