Actress Priyanka Chopra's armpit caused a social media storm when her Maxim India's June/July 2016 cover was released. Maxim Magazine was criticized for over editing Priyanka's 'armpit' and making it look 'unrealistically' smooth.

However, to clear up the confusion, she shared a no filter photo of her armpits and wrote, 'Here's another pit-stopping picture to add to the debate. #WillTheRealArmpitPleaseStandUp #nofilter"
