Speaker of the House of Representatives Yakubu Dogara says Former
President Goodluck Jonathan had no confidence in the 2015 budget he sent
to the National Assembly before leaving office in May.
According to
him, Buhari cannot work with the Jonathan-administration budget because
the budget was about Jonathan's vision and not Buhari's vision. See more
